Katie is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP), Psychology Graduate, and Health Coach. During her own pregnancy, she developed home and gym programs for maternity fitness. Currently, she is on her own postpartum journey and continuously adds new content to provide effective and safe workouts for every stage of motherhood.

The app membership offers unlimited access to ALL programs, including over 10+ strength-training home and gym programs, as well as specialized Maternity and Postpartum programs. With a wide variety of beginner to advanced programs, as well as weekly additions of new workouts, you'll never get bored. The app also offers hands-free capabilities.

This app won't give you a generic plan. Instead, it provides you with the knowledge you need to understand nutrition basics. It offers one-click macro tracking to remove the guesswork and tools to help you develop a healthier relationship with food. You'll have access to over 500 step-by-step recipes provided by a Registered Dietitian, with new recipes added weekly. The app also allows easy access to your favorite recipes and flexibility to add any meal while you're on the go. If tracking is not for you, there is an enable/disable button included.

The app also features enabled Background Mode with audio, allowing users to watch workout videos with Airplay and listen to audio in the background.

The Crewe Fitness App can be downloaded for free. You will receive a 3-day free trial. If you choose to continue with the full custom features, your credit card will be charged based on the duration of your selection at the time of purchase. During the free trial, you will have access to all app features for 3 days. If you decide to continue your subscription, you will have access to all features for the selected duration.

 <li>Payment will be charged to iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.</li>
 <li>Subscriptions may be managed by the user by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.</li>
 <li>Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, as applicable. You can manage your subscription from your Settings Screen after purchase. The following steps detail how to cancel your subscription after purchase:

 <li>Go to Settings</li>
 <li>Go to iTunes &amp; App Store</li>
 <li>Select Your Apple ID</li>
 <li>Select View Apple ID</li>
 <li>Select Subscriptions. Here you can cancel your subscription after purchase.</li>

You can choose to pay month-to-month, or purchase a 3-month or 12-month plan at the following prices:

The prices shown are for the United States only. The price of the subscription is subject to the country of residence. The subscription will automatically renew if not canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. Note that it is not possible to cancel an existing in-app subscription.

You can disable the automatic renewal function at any time by adjusting your account settings.
